Delivery types

Each variant is sold as one of four delivery types, shown on the product page, in your basket, at checkout and on your order.

• Digital key — a redeemable code you enter on the relevant platform.
• Digital account — access credentials supplied with instructions; not a code.
• Activation link — a link that applies the product to your account or service.
• Gift link — a link that transfers the purchased item to the account accepting it.

Preparation and release

Orders are prepared by our team after payment is confirmed. Each product is checked against the exact variant ordered before it is released to your order page.

Accessing your product

Digital products are accessed from your order page, either through your account or through the secure guest order link. Keys, credentials and links are masked until you choose to reveal them.

Region and compatibility

Region and activation country information is attached to each variant. Global does not automatically mean every country. Always check the region information on the product page before ordering.

Your responsibilities

Redeem on the intended account, keep supplied values private, and follow the activation instructions provided with your delivery. If something does not match what you ordered, contact support before proceeding.

If something goes wrong

Report problems from the order itself so the exact product and delivery reference are attached. Refund handling is covered by the Refund Policy.
