Where is my order?

Signed-in customers can see every order under Account → Orders. If you checked out as a guest, use the order lookup page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

What the statuses mean

• Payment pending — your order has been created but payment has not been confirmed yet.
• Being prepared — payment is confirmed and our team is sourcing and checking your product.
• Ready — your digital product is available to view securely from your order page.
• Needs attention — something needs checking; support will be in touch, and you can contact us at any time.

Digital products are checked by a person before release, so preparation is not always instant.
